Who you are engaging
There is no layer between them and you.
AlexSta CyberSecurity AG is a Swiss company registered in the Canton of Zug. It is built so that the person who scopes an engagement is the person who runs it, and the person who hands it back. Senior-led engagements since 2019.
The people
FOUNDER
Two decades of work inside large estates, and a decade of arriving after someone else’s escalation. National telecommunications networks, regulated banks and energy operators across Europe, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar.
The pattern behind this firm came out of those engagements, and it is a plain one. The hard part was almost never the tool. It was judgement: knowing which artifact actually supports the conclusion, knowing the benign explanation for the thing that looks damning, and being willing to state clearly what the evidence does not show.
That is not work that survives being passed down a delivery pyramid, so the firm is not built as one.
HEAD OF LEGAL AND BOARD MEMBER
Engagement terms, evidence handling obligations, and the contractual questions that come with incident work in regulated environments.
Where a finding has to hold up outside the technical review, in front of a regulator, an insurer or a court, the legal position is not a separate workstream that starts once the report is written. It is part of scoping.
How the firm is set up
Most of what makes an engagement good is decided before it starts, in what the firm is willing to agree to. These are the constraints, stated so you can hold us to them.
